With this awareness, all kinds of personal data belonging to all real persons related to the company, including those who benefit from our products and services as a company, are subject to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Protection of Personal Data? Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVK Law") and related legislation. With the full realization of this responsibility, we process personal data in the manner explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation, with the title of "data controller" as defined in the KVK Law.

a) Data Controller and Representative

In accordance with the PDP Law, your personal data may be processed by our company AMENO TEKSTİL L SANAYI? VE T?CARET L?M?TED COMPANY, as the data controller, may process your personal data within the scope described below.

b) For what purpose personal data will be collected, to whom and for what purpose it may be transferred

Your collected personal data may be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law, limited to the purposes stated in the disclosure texts in accordance with the law and the purpose of the KVK Law, and may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the scope of the personal data transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law. In the event that the processing activity carried out for the aforementioned purposes does not meet any of the criteria stipulated under the Law, an open consent is provided by the Company regarding the relevant processing activity. 

c) Method and Legal Grounds for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data may be collected by our company through technical and processual methods carried out in different channels such as the website, mobile applications, call center and physical channels, in order to provide you with our commercial services by using these channels and to carry out our commercial activities within this framework, based on the relevant legislation, contract, demand, commercial custom and honesty rules that find the opportunity to apply.Within the framework of the legal reasons arising and executed, in order for our company to fulfill its legal responsibilities, to fulfill the requirements of the business relationship we have established with you and to establish and exercise the rights we have mutually in this direction?and to protect the legitimate interests of our company by observing the fundamental rights and freedoms of the personal data owners we are in contact with. 

d) Rights of the Personal Data Subject

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to us, our company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, our Company will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners may request from our company;

? Request information if personal data has been processed,
? To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
? Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred in Turkey or abroad,
? To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data and to request notification of the action taken within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
? Although it has been processed in accordance with the KVK Law and the relevant legislation, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and to request notification of the action taken within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, 
to object to the occurrence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by means of the analysis of the collected data exclusively through automated systems,
? In the event that personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

In order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, you may submit your request in writing to our Company in accordance with the KVK Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, together with the necessary information identifying your identity and explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise.
